My name is Victoria Reinich
I am a naturopath with a focus on women’s health and digestive health.
I support women with recurrent bladder infections, lichen sclerosus, and sensitive mucosal tissues. I also work with people experiencing chronic inflammatory conditions, digestive complaints such as bloating, constipation or irritable bowel syndrome, as well as stress-related exhaustion.
In my work, I combine modern diagnostics with Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal medicine, medicinal mushrooms, and Aroma Acupoint Therapy.
However, methods are never an end in themselves.
What matters is the bigger picture.
The connections.
What lies between the symptoms.
When symptoms become part of everyday life
Sometimes it is intense pain.
Burning. Pressure. Itching. Cramping.
Sometimes there are phases in which your body clearly signals that something is not right.
And sometimes it is the in-between.
No acute flare-up — but no real sense of calm either.
Perhaps your daily life functions.
At the same time, it costs you more energy and feels smaller than it should.
When your body becomes a place of comfort again
It is allowed to feel like you again.
You no longer need to organize your daily life around your symptoms.
Your body becomes part of your life again.
Not its limitation.
It no longer determines the rules in the background.
You regain leadership -
and can rely on your body again.
I know both: the symptom and the feeling behind it
For almost 18 years, severe menstrual pain was part of my everyday life. Bladder infections returned repeatedly. I also experienced eczema as a child and later rosacea.
My body was sensitive, reactive — and for a long time, I felt alone with that.
I know what it feels like to get used to symptoms, even though you do not truly want to. And I know the particular frustration when medical findings appear “normal,” yet your body tells a different story.
My personal experience is not the reason I believe I understand everything. It is the reason I take my time. Why I take symptoms seriously, even when they do not fit into a simple category. And why I look closely, without dramatizing.
My professional training and continued education, together with my own therapeutic experiences, have sharpened my perspective.
I recognize patterns, see connections, and ask questions that may not have been asked before. I do not settle for superficial answers when it comes to you. This investigative approach is not a fight against symptoms, but a consistent search for what truly makes sense.
What truly matters to me
I want you to feel more at ease in your body again. For symptoms to take up less space. For you not to constantly organize your life around them.
Not as a promise that everything will disappear immediately. But as a realistic development that can unfold step by step when we address the right levels and support your system in a targeted way.
Above all, I want you to feel seen in our collaboration. You do not need to explain things “perfectly,” prove anything, or minimize your experience. Many topics that are rarely spoken about — especially regarding bladder health, mucosal tissues, or sexuality — are welcome here. Calmly. Clearly. Without pressure.
If you sense that this approach resonates with you, feel free to get in touch.
Assessment -
Structured starting point for recurring symptoms
This form of support is suitable if you are looking for a clear, well-founded starting point.
During the initial consultation (90–120 minutes), we take time to explore your history, your current symptoms, and relevant physical and emotional factors.
Two follow-up sessions (50–60 minutes each) allow us to review your body’s initial responses, evaluate changes, and determine meaningful next steps.
Appointments are scheduled at appropriate intervals and adapted to your individual process.
Price: €320
Stabilization -
Support for longer-standing or multifaceted conditions
This form of support is appropriate when symptoms have persisted over time, recur regularly, or affect several levels simultaneously.
The comprehensive initial consultation (90–120 minutes) forms the foundation for a differentiated therapeutic plan. We look carefully at physical processes, recurring patterns, and stress factors influencing your system.
Four follow-up sessions (50–60 minutes each) allow us to accompany your progress continuously. We review how your body responds, adjust therapeutic impulses, and stabilize step by step.
This creates a clearly guided process that addresses not only individual symptoms but supports your system as a whole.

If you would like a consultation regarding the therapy process or treatment options in advance, please feel free to schedule a complimentary phone call ("Kostenloses Kennenlerngespräch"). Please note that this conversation will not include any therapeutic advice and is solely for us to get to know each other. The maximum duration of this initial consultation is 15 minutes.
To get the most accurate overview of all relevant information, I take a lot of time for you in our initial session. Please plan for approximately two hours for this.
The more detailed you describe your symptoms to me, the better I can make a possible diagnosis. This includes things like the type and duration of your discomfort, possible triggers or accompanying circumstances, any pre-existing conditions or medications you are taking, as well as family history of illnesses.
Following the initial medical history, necessary laboratory tests will be ordered or I will provide you with appropriate test kits for home use.
Please bring the following items to the first appointment:
Based on the initial assessment and the laboratory tests ordered, I will create a detailed treatment plan for you. We will go through the results and the exact implementation of your treatment plan step by steht at the follow-up appointment. You can then ask me any questions you have about it.
Cost: 160€ for the initial assessment (fixed price)
Extensive laboratory parameters from blood, urine, stool and saliva can be used to detect not only organic but also functional disorders in humans.
To conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health status and the functioning of the affected organs, I examine blood values that often go far beyond the usual parameters of a general practitioner. I do not just look at the individual abnormal values, but rather consider the interaction of all collected values.
The following laboratory diagnostics are frequently used in my practice:
We will determine the exact scope of laboratory diagnostics together and I will provide you with detailed information on the associated costs in advance. Saliva tests, stool samples and urine tests will be collected by you at home and sent directly to the laboratory in a pre-addressed envelope. You will receive the necessary materials with precise instructions directly from me at the practice.
Initial assessment (90 - 120 minutes) 160 €
Follow-up appointment 50 - 60 minutes (also available over the phone or via Zoom) 80 €
Follow-up appointment 20 - 30 minutes (also available over the phone or via Zoom) 50 €
NADA-protocoll 50 € (single session) or 35 € per person with two or more participants at the same time
Tolerance and openness are absolutely natural and not worth mentioning for me. I treat every person, whether female, male or transgender and I explicitly enjoy working with all members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
The methods of Chinese Medicine and naturopathy are only partially recognized by evidence-based medicine. In my practice, I also use proven methods of experience-based medicine that are not scientifically recognized.
